We're sad it didn't work out. We accept returns in the vent you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. (FINAL SALE items excluded).
Returns will be accepted if we are contacted within 3 business days from the date your order was delivered.
Send us an e-mail at email@example.com with your order number to receive your RAN (Return Authorization Number) along with instructions on how to send your return.
Returns will be subject to a $6 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Any returned items MUST be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.
If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. If you choose to ship back to us untracked, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
